Incident # 25-06681 - A three vehicle accident in the 1700 Block of Robertson Blvd. at the Convenience Site, sent three people to the hospital Sunday afternoon 24-August at 13:09. Two people were transported with non-life threatening injuries to HCA Colleton Hospital in Walterboro. A third patient, an adult male, suffered a head injury and was transported by Fire-Rescue Ambulance to the CARE Flight base to meet with the Flight Crew. He was flown to the Trauma Center at MUSC in Charleston. The SC Highway Patrol is investigating the MVC. Walterboro Police assisted with traffic control. Robertson Blvd in the area of the accident was blocked for about 30 minutes.
Engine 19, Medic 1, Medic 26, Battalion 1, Car 111 and CARE Flight responded. Battalion Chief Scott O'Quinn served as Incident Commander.
