Incident # 25-05181 - Two teenagers received injuries during a suspected drive-by shooting incident in the 100 block of Deloach Ave Monday afternoon 30-June at 17:08. Sheriff's Deputies located a 15 year old male with injuries to his leg and abdomen. Deputies assisted the young man until Firefighter-Paramedics arrived. He was treated at the scene, then transported to the Pediatric Trauma Center at Shawn Jenkins Hospital at MUSC in Charleston by Fire-Rescue Medic 1. The second juvenile, a 17 yr. old male, fled the scene and was taken to the Emergency Department at HCA Colleton Hospital in Walterboro by private car. The Colleton County Sheriff's Office is investigating the shooting. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Sheriff's Office at (843) 549-2211.
