Incident # 23-08437 - A 33 year old Catholic Hill man was critically injured in a shooting incident that occured in the 100 block of Clover Hill Road Saturday afternoon 04-November at 15:19. The man was involved in a domestic dispute. Sheriff's Deputies secured the scene, and Firefighter-Paramedics treated the man's injuries. A medical helicopter was requested. CARE Flight responded and landed in a field off of Green Pond Highway. Fire-rescue Medic 6 transported him to the Landing Zone where he was transferred to the Flight Crew, then flown to a Trauma Center in Charleston. The Sheriff's Office is investigating the shooting.
Engine 6, Medic 6 and Car 111 responded. Chief McRoy served as Incident Commander.
