Incident # 21-08545 - An adult female was struck by two pellets from a shotgun blast during a domestic dispute on Head Lane Sunday evening 28-November at 23:46. The woman was stuck in the hand and the leg, but fortunately the injuries were not life threatening. She was treated at the scene by Fire-Rescue, then transported to Colleton Medical Center by Medic 19. The Sheriff's Office searched the area for the suspect and is investigating the incident.
Engine 19, Medic 19, Battalion 1 and Car 112 responded. Chief McRoy served as Incident Commander.
