The woman had been traveling north on Lowcountry Hwy in a Chrevolet Sonic and her car struck the southbound Grand Prix in the northbound lane. Both vehicles received heavy damage, with the Chevrolet entering the woods. The SC Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. The Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
